Welcoming the Year of the Dragon, Disney’s culinary teams have unleashed their creativity to offer you delectable delights inspired by the rich traditions and cuisines of Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures. From Jan. 23 to Feb. 18, Disney California Adventure park will be transformed into a lively Lunar New Year Festival, featuring characters, entertainment, festive décor, merchandise, and, of course, an array of mouthwatering food!
